About Us
A Motor oil repackaging company for the usage of Motorcycle Engine for a 2 stroke and 4 stroke engine. Gankaka Impro Sdn Bhd, was established in 2006 as a family business with a minimal man power. Slowly but gradually Gankaka has improved it business and create a name as a motorcycle oil retailer and distributor for the engine oil market. The finished product is only marketed in Malaysia.
Location
Gankaka Impro Sdn Bhd is located in the Perindustrian Bukit Rambai, Melaka. Currently it has about a total of 20 staff working in 1 shift. The Packaging are still done manual and is labor intensive. Most of the other production operations are also done manually except for the manufacturing extrusion of the engine oil containers.
Bottle Production
The production of the bottle is done by several in house extrusion machine through plastic molding machine.
Marketing Operations
The Marketing Operations is handled by personally by the Director, Gan. Currently the marketing operation is concentrated in the Melaka area and the nearby surrounding states.
Storage
Storage of the oil product is able to support about 4000 Cotton.
Product Types
Currently we are producing several types of engine oil by the brand name lube namely: FALCO, IMPRO, GANPOWERAS, KK LUB, SUPER M1, MULTI-TECH, MEGA, HIGHWAY LUB etc.
Market Expansion
The company is now looking forward to produce more engine oil varieties and an intention to export the oil to neighboring countries.
